Made with Manya SwickJoining Mother is kinda different. So onboarding new hires had to reflect that. This indoctrination video was the first step in a day long program that included an audio walking tour and podcast that introduced MOTHER’S unique creative philosophies.

The design language draws from the uncanny overlap between corporate branding and cult aesthetics—balancing the polished professionalism of a white-collar office with the unsettling aura of esoteric, insular communities.
