The 2025 Mother New York Summit for Team-Building — Mother’s annual ski trip — brought the entire New York team to the Pocono Mountains for a weekend on the slopes. This year’s theme asked: How can we encourage cross-team socialization? The answer was to embrace the driest, most humorless corporate tone imaginable — positioning Mother as the most intimidating, bureaucratic office you could think of. The visual identity drew from modernist utilitarian design, influencing everything from the ski jackets to the event guide.
